As part of providing our services, we may collect personal information including full name, date of birth, Social Security Number, current and previous addresses, employment and rental history, criminal record and credit information, and contact information such as email and phone number.
How We Use & Share Information
We use collected information solely to conduct authorized background screening reports, respond to client inquiries, and comply with FCRA and applicable legal obligations including HUD, NYCHA, and HPD program requirements. We do not sell personal information to third parties. Information is shared only with authorized screening partners, clients who requested the report, legal authorities when required by law, and government program partners when applicable.
Your Rights & Our Compliance
All tenant screening services are conducted in accordance with the Fair Housing Act. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability. Clients are responsible for obtaining proper written consent before ordering a report, using reports only for lawful purposes, and following all FCRA adverse action procedures.
